This tight contact provides a good electrical connection and ensures connection stability. Usually, the design of the PCB terminal block can make the wire or cable pre-stripped a certain length of insulation layer before connecting, so that it can be inserted into the terminal block. (3) Number of poles: The number of poles of the PCB terminal block is usually 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and so on. The choice of pole count is usually based on application requirements and PCB size.

(4) Insulating material: The insulating material of the PCB terminal block must be able to withstand voltage and current and prevent short circuits between electronic components. Common insulating materials include plastics and ceramics.

(5) Encapsulation: PCB terminal blocks can usually be surface mounted.
